3 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

2 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, zucchini, nuts and sour cream. Mix together and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 60 - 70 minutes.
