2-1/2 c. Gluten Free Bisquick mix
4 T. butter, cold
1-1/2 c. Gluten Free grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 extra-large eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. dried chives

Topping:
2 T. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.

In large bowl, combine Bisquick mix and garlic powder.
Cut in cold butter, using pastry blender or fork, until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
Stir in cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, eggs, buttermilk and chives; mix until soft dough forms.
Using an ice cream scoop, drop dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in 400º oven for 15-17 minutes or until light golden brown.

Topping:
Before biscuits are done baking, combine in a small bowl or glass measuring cup the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley flakes and salt; mix well.

Brush mixture on warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
Serve warm.
