2 pounds ground beef or venison
1 pound ground sausage
1 medium onion chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 small jar dill pickle relish
1 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 small bag of baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine hamburger, sausage, onion, celery, eggs, bread crumbs, water and 1/2 jar of relish in large mixing bowl. Form into 3 loaves and place in greased, oversized dutch oven. Surround loaves with carrots. In a separate bowl, mix remaining relish, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Pour evenly over each loaf. Bake 75 - 90 minutes until done.
