3 large chicken breast
1 lb crawfish tails
1 lb shrimp
1 lb sausage
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pack gumbo crabs
1/2 lb okra
1 bag frozen seasoning
fresh garlic, bell pepper and onions also

Directions:
Directions:
Boil seasoned chicken for an hour with half bag of frozen seasoning. let cool. Take oils and fat out.
Peel shrimp -soak peelings in 2 qts water, cut sausage, clean crabs and cut fresh seasoning. Make brown roux, add to chicken broth, and 1/4 c gumbo file. Boil for 30 minutes it will thicken. If using okra, cook in separate pot until tender. add, with stewed tomatoes cook 10 minutes, add 1 qt shrimp broth and boil until thick. Add any dry seasoning to your taste. add seafood and sausage, if you need more liquid, add shrimp stock only. cook for 25-35 minutes. taste add any additional file or dry seasoning.
