2 Qt peeled & sliced Cucumbers
1 Onion, sliced
2 Tbsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup White Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, onions and salt in large bowl, let stand for 2 hours, then drain. Add sugar and vinegar, mix well. Pack in smaller containers and freeze. Let thaw for about 3 hours before serving. Can store in airtight container in refrigerator if you don't want to freeze. Will keep for several days in fridge.
