1 lb carrots
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 lb cheese
1 cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and cook carrots - drain and put in buttered casserole. Melt over low heat water from carrots, cheese and margarine. Pour over carrots. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake 350º until heated through.
