3 Tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1 pound organic ground turkey
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2-3 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 and teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 pinch sea salt and black pepper

Directions:

Mix well and shape into the size burgers you want. I sometimes reconstitute the sun-dried tomatoes by putting in a small amount of water for 15 or so minutes. These are good without the addition of salt.
