1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
garlic, salt and pepper, to taste
1 (4 ounce) can green chiles, diced
2 small cans olives; chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can enchilada sauce
12 flour tortillas
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and season to taste with garlic salt and pepper; drain excess fat. Add chiles, olives, soups and enchilada sauce; simmer 15 minutes. Cut up tortillas into bite sized pieces. In large casserole dish, layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350º F until bubbly. Approximately 30 minutes.
