1 pkg frozen broccoli 1 tbsp oil in saucepan 1 can mushroom soup 1 tsp salt 1 onion (small) chopped fine 1 cup grated American cheese 1-1/2 cup rice (cooked)
Thaw broccoli and chop in small pieces. Heat oil in saucepan and toss in chopped onion and broccoli. Cook about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 can mushroom soup and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, stir in cheese, salt and rice. Add milk if too thick. Pour in greased baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake in 350º oven until bubbly.
