Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb Hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 diced green pepper, optional
1 can tomato soup
2 cups of cooked noodles
1/2 lb Colby or cheddar chees, 1/2 or smaller cubes
mushrooms, optional
cracker crumbs
1-2 T melted butter.

Optional when doubling: 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onions and green pepper.
Add soup, noodles, chees and mushrooms.
Pour into greased casserole.
Mix crackers and butter, sprinkle over meat mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.

Easy to double and freeze. When doubling I like to use one can of tomato soup and one can of cream of mushroom soup, instead of 2 tomato soup.
