Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until particles are small and uniform in size.
Store the mix in a 3 pound shortening (or large coffee) container. It works great. Just place saran wrap over the top before putting on the lid. Storage life is approximately 3 months.
Mix 2 Cups of mix with approximately 7 Tbsp. of Water. Make a dough stiff enough to roll. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough until it is one-half inch thick. With a sharp knife, cut rolled dough into 3-inch rounds. Place rounds of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
