1 # salt
1 oz sage
3 oz garlic salt
3 oz onion salt*
2 oz chili powder
3 oz paprika
3oz hickory smoke salt
1 oz pepper
1 1/2 oz cinnamon.

*original recipe called for 3oz onion salt

Mix together and use to season Pork or as a rub before roasting.

I most often use this as a rub on pork roast, but I know some who have seasoned hamburgers with it.
Tip: Save the spice jars and use to put seasoning in or buy small jars to put seasoning in and give as gifts. Makes a lot - you'll have plenty to share.
