"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Mix together and use to season Pork or as a rub before roasting.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I most often use this as a rub on pork roast, but I know some who have seasoned hamburgers with it.
Tip: Save the spice jars and use to put seasoning in or buy small jars to put seasoning in and give as gifts. Makes a lot - you'll have plenty to share.
I got this recipe from Suzanne Hopkins, I believe it was originally from Taste of Home Magazine.
