4 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoon butter
1 bottle (14 oz.) catsup
1 cup water
1 cup chopped celery
¼ cup lemon juice
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon MSG (Accent)
½ teaspoon dry mustard*

* or use 2 Tablespoons mustard

1. Sauté onion in butter.
2. Add ground beef; brown lightly. Drain off excess fat.
3. Add rest of ingredients and simmer covered, for about 30 minutes.
