Large bag of frozen cut up okra
1 lb of frozen small shrimp
1 lb of sausage
Old Bay Seasoning
Bag of frozen cut up onions, bell pepper
Chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Fry your cut up sausage and remove. Season chicken and start baking in the oven. Take your frozen okra and start frying down in sausage grease. Continue to fry down until really mushy, you can add water if need to. Then add your frozen seasonings (onions) until clear. Add your old bay seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Add some water until a gumbo thickness. Add your shrimp and cook down, then your baked chicken and sausage. Cook down the longer the better, add water if needed. Serve over rice.
