2 lb bag frozen hash browns (thawed)
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of potato soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups sour cream

Optional: can be topped with 2 cups crused corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter
