1 stick butter
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
2 16 oz. bags frozen broccoli (cut or chopped)


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" pan with Pam or similar cooking spray.
Cook broccoli in microwave according to bag instructions. Layer the broccoli on the bottom of the pan. Cut 1/2 stick of butter in squares and place on top of broccoli. Cut Velveeta into pads and place over broccoli and butter. Crush the two sleeves of Ritz crackers and spread over the entire dish. Place the remaining 1/2 stick of butter and place on top of the Ritz crackers.
Cook uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes.
