2-3 pound Rump roast
1-2 green peppers
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Basil
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 325ºF.
2. Place rump roast in roast/baking pan and roast covered, approximately 2 hours.
3. Wrap roast and save drippings from pan.
4. Store in refrigerator overnight.

APPROXIMATELY 1 & 1/2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING:
1. Pre-heat oven to 325ºF.
2. Slice roast into thin slices and layer it in a baking pan,
3. Add sliced green peppers, salt, pepper, garlic salt, basil, and Parmesan cheese in amounts
preferred/desired.
4. To the saved pan drippings, measure 1 cup, adding water if needed to equal = 1 cup.
5. Pour the liquid along the side of the pan to measure about 1/2 the depth of the beef and pepper mixture.
6. Cover and bake for approximately 1 hour.

Place meat and peppers inside good bakery bread/rolls and ENJOY!
