½ c rice vinegar
½ c low sodium soya sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 salmon fillet (3 ½ lbs)
¼ c chopped green onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds - toasted

Directions:
Directions:
• Combine vinegar and next 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag; seal. Shake to combine.
• Add fish, seal. Marinade in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
• Place fish, skin side down, on plank or foil . Cover and grill 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily
when tested with a fork.
• Sprinkle with onions and sesame seeds.
