2 9 inch pie crusts
1 cup sugar
1 T butter
1 T flour
Pinch salt
4 cups milk
½ cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten



Directions:
Directions:
Bring 4 c. milk and 1 c. sugar to a boil. Combine the rest of sugar, butter, egg yolks, flour , vanilla, and salt. Pour hot milk mixture into mixture slowly. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Pour into pie shells and spring with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until knife comes out clean.
