1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 cups milk
8 ounces cream cheese
2 small packs instant vanilla pudding
cool whip
hot fudge









Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and butter to a boil
Take off burner and add flour
Stir to a ball stage.
Beat in eggs, 2 at a time.
Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Beat milk and cream cheese.
Add pudding.
Spread over crust.
Top with cool whip and hot fudge.

My Grandma Berger used to make cream puffs when we would go to Lake Benton to visit. She would make a homemade pudding to put inside, either vanilla or chocolate. My mom found and made this recipe which was just as good. I made it many, many times and it was always good.
