1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400° degrees. Put 8 x 8 dish in oven to get hot.
Blend together the milk, flour, egg, sugar and salt.
Put butter in hot dish to melt; add mixture in dish and bake for 30 minutes.

When I was in grade school at Pease Christian School, I would stay overnight at Kim Koppendrayer's house. Her mom would always make these and serve them with fruit and ice cream (for breakfast). When I was in college, my dad would come down to take me to lunch at Panakuchen and I would always have these.
