Slow Cooked Ham Recipe

11/4 cup apple cider
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 orange
1 Cinnamon stick

Put cider and cinnamon in crock pot
Combine maple syrup,mustard, ginger,pepper & zest of orange
And rub over ham.
Peel, chop & deseed Orange & place in cooker
Cook ham on low heat for 8 hours.

CAUTION: If you are cooking one of Arnold Brubacker's smoked hams, cook ONLY for 1 to 2 hours.
There is little fat or water in his hams.
