Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

2 or more cups cooked chicken
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups celery, chopped
1-1/2 onions, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1 can Chinese vegetables
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Lightly brown chicken in butter.
Add celery, onion, pepper and broth.
Cover and cook until vegetables are tneder.
Add drained Chinese vegetables. Bring to boil.
Mix cornstarch and soy sauce.
Add to hot mixture, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
