1 package ground turkey
1 package chow mein chicken
1 bag shredded cabbage
onion
4 packages egg roll wraps
6 teaspoons soy sauce
stir fry sauce, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry pork and chicken until well done.
Add cabbage and carrot. Chop onion and add to the wok.
Stir fry for a while, then add can of drained bean sprouts, soy sauce and stir fry sauce.
Add pepper if needed.
Cook until cabbage is tender.
Heat oil to 325°.
Wrap and seal with egg white.
Fry until golden brown.
