2 cans beef broth
1 jar beef gravy
5 med to large potatoes
1 bag baby carrots
1 small onion
1 to 2 pounds beef cubes

Add both cans broth to slow cooker or pot
Add carrots
Add jar of beef broth

Dice onion and add

Cube potatoes and add

Coat beef cubes and brown in skillet

Add cubes

Cover and simmer on stove or in high in slow cooker.
