Ingredients:  
1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. cream butter and sugar.
2. mix in egg.
3. add baking soda and cream of tartar.
4. gradually add in all flour.
5. mix in pecans just until completely mixed.
6. Chill for 1-2 hours.
7. use #40 dipper and place scoops 3x5 on parchment paper on half baking sheet.
8. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. DO NOT Brown.
