Coffee Cake:
1 1/2 cup of flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of shortening
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of flour
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of butter
Mix above together
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together and cut in shortening. Mix egg, milk, vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour half butter in pan. Sprinkle half of topping. Pour remaining batter and sprinkle the remaining filling on top. Bake 375º for 35 minutes.
