1 cup softened butter
8 ounces sour cream
2 cups self-rising flour

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400

Cream the ingredients will with a large spoon, or in mixer bowl.
Grease mini-muffin pans with butter.
Spoon the batter to 3/4 full in each muffin hole.

Bake 18-20 minutes until done
Serve warm from the oven.
