1 16 ounce can of sliced mushrooms, drained and cut up
1 20 ounce can ceci beans, drained
1 6 ounce can pitted olives (optional), drained
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1 jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut up
2 7 ounce cans of tuna (Italy brand), drained and cut up
3 9 ounce jars of pepper salad (Progresso), drained but reserve oil and cut up peppers
pound Italian ham, diced
pound provolone cheese, diced

Add all ingredients together
Pour oil from peppers over mixture
Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve with oil and vinegar if desired
