3 1/2 lb spareribs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c flour
2 c fresh bread crumbs
2 c chopped apple
1/2 c chopped onions
2 tbsp. water or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Cut the spareribs into two equal pieces. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Rub with one tsp salt mixed with 1/4 tsp pepper and flour. Prepare the stuffing by mixing the bread crumbs, apple and onion and the rest of the salt and pepper with water or milk to moisten. Spread thin over half the spareribs and top with the other piece of meat. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Brown quickly in the hot oven about 10 min, then reduce the heat to 350ºF and bake 1 hour to 1 1/4 hour turning the ribs twice.
