12 oz buttermilk biscuits
6 eggs
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 package peppered gravy mix (makes 2 cups)
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13X9 dish.
Brown sausage and drain.
Line bottom of pan with 1" biscuit pieces
Layer cooked sausage over biscuit pieces
Layer cheese over sausage
Whisk eggs and milk, add salt and pepper and pour over layers.
Make gravy according to instructions and pour over everything
Bake 30-45 mins, or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through.
