1 (17 oz.) can whole corn
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. drain can of whole corn (not creamed). Then, combined all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish
4. Bake for 1 hour 40 minutes
