6 eggs
4 cups water
1 large box unsalted crackers (Saltines)
2 cans mushrooms
4 onions
2 stalks celery
Parsley, salt & pepper

Beat eggs & water together
Break crackers in small pieces into the eggs
Dice raw celery into cracker mixture
Saute onions & mushrooms and mix with crackers
use parsley, salt and pepper to taste, poultry seasoning

Bake 350 for 1 hour, until done.
