4 slices of bread
1/2 stick butter
1 Tablespoon mustard
4 strips bacon
1/2 medium onion
3/4 pound sharp cheese
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Butter bread and spread with mustard; cut into cubes and spread in bottom of well greased
9-inch x 9 -inch pan.
2. Grind or use a food processor, to chop bacon, onion and sharp cheese. Mix together and
spread over bread cubes.
3. Beat eggs and milk and pour this over the pan ingredients.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Preheat oven to 350 F.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
