Washed, peeled & cut up potatoes
Washed & large chunks cabbage
onion- diced (amount to taste)
Can tomato sauce
Tablespoon butter
Bay leaf

-Cook potatoes & cabbage and onion in water that just covers vegetables. Add salt.
-When water has boiled down or you can pour some out, add a can of tomato sauce, Tablespoon of butter and a bay leaf.
-Let simmer for 15 mins.
-Add tiny bit of sugar.
- If more water is needed, add.
