1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pound Swiss cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, mashed or use 2 Tablespoons garlic poder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beer
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all but the beer together.
2. Gradually add beer until blended and consistency of spreading is as desired.
3. store in covered container until ready to serve.
