1lb Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:  
Put Turkey in a giant bowl
Whisk 3 eggs together and then add milk and mix that together
Next add in all spices and mix thoroughly throughout (this will ensure and even mix)
Add in the minced onions (I use sweet Vidalia Onions)
Now add a cup of bread crumbs and mix it into the turkey bowl
Add milk and the rest of the bread crumbs back and forth as needed to get a perfect meatloaf type of consistency



Mix together well and put in Large Glass Lasagna Style Dish.
Bake at 350 degrees
Do Not Cook beyond 1 to 1 1/2hrs

Beyond 2.5hrs the top was a little too crusty & hard which means well done…
