1 8 Oz. Package of Cream Cheese
1 8 Oz. Small Cultured Sour Cream
1 Small Jar Dried Beef
1 Small Onion - diced
1/2 C. Green Pepper - diced (Optional) - I add it!
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Dried Beef, Onion and Green Pepper and place in greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered 20 minutes.

Let stand a few minutes before serving with chips and crackers.
