Ingredients:
Melissa Comeau Meatloaf

Melissa TRIPLE BATCH
3lb of ground turkey
3 Cups of Bread Crumbs
3 ¾ Cups Whole Milk
Beat 3 egg slightly - then add
2 Cups minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp celery salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp dry sage

Mix together well and put in Large Glass Lasagna Style Dish.

Beyond 2.5hrs the top was a little too crusty & hard which means well done…

Directions:
Put Turkey in a giant bowl
In a separate bowl whisk 3 eggs together and then add milk and mix that together
Next, add in all spices and mix thoroughly throughout (this will ensure and even mix)
Add in the minced onions (I use sweet Vidalia Onions)
Now add a cup of bread crumbs and mix it into the turkey bowl
Add milk and the rest of the bread crumbs back and forth as needed to get a perfect meatloaf type of consistency
The meatloaf mix needs to be flat in the pan, do not let the middle bulge high as it will cause it to not be cooked evenly.
The best thing to do is even it from the center to each side left and right, if you do not then the middle will be high and not fully cooked, and the ends will be overcooked as they are much thinner

Mix together well and put in Large Glass Lasagna Style Dish.
Bake at 350 degrees 2.5hrs.Enjoy!
