1 to 1 1/2 lb roast beef cooked
2 or 3 large green peppers cleaned and sliced in 1" pieces
1 large onion cut in sections
1 can sliced mushrooms drained and rinses
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 to 3 tbsp. soya sauce
2 to 3 c beef broth (beef drippings or 1 beef and 1 onion bouillion cube dissolved in 2 to 3 c water)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c water

Directions:
Cut beef in 1" strips. Stir fry in electric fry pan over medium heat the oil, meat salt and pepper for three to five min. Add soya sauce, peppers, onions and broth. Stir and cover. Cook six min. Blend together cornstarch and water. Add to preparation and cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Serve with rice.
