Ingredients:  
5 Large Red Peppers
1 box sure jel
1 TB cayenne pepper
6 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c cider vinegar
red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice peppers. Puree in blender with vinegar. Pour in pan and add sure jel and cayenne pepper. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for one minute then add sugar all at once. Boil two more minutes. Add food coloring. Put in jars and seal.
