Ingredients:  
1- 160z bag of frozen white corn- thawed
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
1/4 c. lime juice
2 TB minced jalapeno ( seeded ; about 1 large)
1 TB olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced or 2 TB bottled minced garlic



Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Cover and Chill for 8 to 24 hours. Stir well before serving.
