2 cans crescent rolls
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 egg, divided
1 tbsp. vanilla
¾ c. sugar
1 can More Fruit© blueberry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom of 9"X13" pan.
Layer bottom of dish with 1 can crescent rolls (pat to seal edges)
Mix sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and cream cheese. Beat until creamy.
Put the cream cheese mixture on top of the crescent rolls in the baking dish.
Gently spread the pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
Top the pie filling with the last can of crescent rolls sealing seams as best you can to make a top crust.
Beat the egg white until frothy and brush on the top crescent layer. (I usually sprinkle a little sugar on top of the egg whites).
Bake until golden brown at 350º. - usually 30-35 minutes.

Can be served warm or cold.
