1 cup butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
3 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coconut flavor
6 squares white chocolate melted
1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 1/2 c quick oats
1 c coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugars, add egg & extracts. Mix well, stir in melted chocolate, add flour, salt and soda.
Stir in oats and coconut. Drop by the Tbsp 3 inches apart. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350º abut 10 minutes, or until golden brown Cool 1 minute, removed to cooling racks
