1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. margarine, softened
4 slices boiled ham (luncheon meat ham)
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and margarine until well blended.
Spread 1/4 of mixture on ham slice; repeat with remaining cheese mixture and ham slices.
Roll up from ham from short sides; chill for several hours, or wrap and freeze, if desired.
To serve, slice rolls into 1/2" thick slices; arrange slices on top of Ritz crackers.
If frozen, let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
