2 sticks of Oleo
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 c quick cooking oatmeal
1 c `flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Can be chilled and rolled in balls and flattened, or just drop from spoon
Bake at 325º or 350º about about 10 or 12 mintues
