12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly grease a 10" pie plate.

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients (milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper) until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater; pour into pie plate.
Bake in 400º oven for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge of pie plate comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
