Meatballs:
3 lbs. ground beef
1-1/2 lb. ground pork
3 medium onions, chopped
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. pickle relish

Sauce:
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 T. horseradish
1 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake on foil lined cookie sheet.

Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients together; shape into 1" balls; place on foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes; turn each meatball over after cooking 15 minutes.

Sauce:
Prepare sauce in a slow cooker or crock pot.
Place tomato sauce, water, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon cubes, brown sugar and salt in crock pot; mix thoroughly.
Mix flour with a little of the sauce, then return to mixture and bring to a boil.
Add meatballs to crock pot; simmer for at least 1 hr before serving on low heat.

This can be made a day before serving.
