1 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Dash Paprika
1 cup shredded American Cheese (4 ounces)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan combine carrot, celery and onion; add chicken broth. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer for 15 minutes or till vegetables are done. Combine milk, flour, paprika, and dash salt, stir into chicken broth mixture. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, stirring till melted.
