Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 package yellow cake mix 1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice 1/3 c. sugar 3 large bananas, sliced 1 small package instant vanilla pudding 1 large container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1-1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts - pecans or walnuts

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to cake mix directions. Bake in a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Mix cake mix as directed on package; pour into a greased 9"x13" baking dish; bake in oven temperature noted on package and for required time as noted on package. In a saucepan, mix crushed pineapple, including juice, with sugar; bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes. After removing cake from oven, pour pineapple mixture over the top of the cake; let cool. Place sliced bananas on top. Mix instant vanilla pudding as directed on package; pour over bananas. Spread thawed whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Refrigerate.
